Join our EMEA Commercial Finance team and play a key role in shaping pricing strategies, supporting product innovation, and driving profitability across the region.This isn't just finance it's influencing commercial decisions, partnering with sourcing and category teams, and making an impact that reaches millions of customers.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end pricing process for EMEA, including quarterly margin reviews.
- Provide insightful analysis on pricing impacts and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Support innovation business cases and margin improvement initiatives.
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements (e.g., Anaplan).
What You'll Bring
- Part-qualified or recently qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience in multisite retail or a large corporate environment.
- Advanced Excel skills; Anaplan experience is a plus.
- Exposure to global pricing processes and strategic sourcing initiatives
