Senior Tax Analyst – EMEA
London | Hybrid (50% in-office, 50% remote)

We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Senior Tax Analyst to join our EMEA Tax team. In this role, you'll lead VAT and indirect tax compliance across multiple markets, support audits, and drive process improvements that keep Starbucks ahead of the curve.

What You'll Do

  • Own VAT reporting and payments across EMEA
  • Support tax audits and liaise with authorities
  • Lead indirect tax classification for products and menus
  • Contribute to transfer pricing and tax governance
  • Drive process improvements

What You'll Bring

  • Significant experience in a tax role, ideally across multiple jurisdictions
  • Strong indirect tax knowledge and ERP system experience
  • A qualified/finalist tax or accountancy background
  • Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
