The Role:

A fast paced growing professional services organisation is seeking a detail-driven EMEA Payroll Analyst to support our lean, high-impact People team. In this role, you'll help ensure smooth, compliant, and timely payroll processes across multiple countries, including the UK, Ireland, and parts of the EU. Your work will directly contribute to payroll accuracy, process efficiency, and employee satisfaction.

As a core team member, you'll drive automation through Rippling, streamline workflows, and serve as a data steward for employee records across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll data in collaboration with our partners (Rippling & EY)

Ensure data accuracy and compliance with local payroll regulations

Prepare payroll documentation and support internal/external audits

Respond to employee queries related to compensation and benefits

Partner with the People team to align pay data and job classifications

Assist in payroll reconciliations and identify/report discrepancies

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field (CIPP a plus)

3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in an EMEA environment

Familiarity with Rippling, EY payroll platforms, and HRIS systems

Solid understanding of UK and EU payroll and tax compliance

High attention to detail and data integrity

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
