**Telesales Account Manager**
**Tamworth**
**£21,500 with realistic OTE £35,027 (pro-rata) and uncapped commission**

We want a **polite**, **reliable** person to come and join our **friendly sales team** at **phs Group**, the **leading hygiene service provider in the UK**. This is an account management role, so if rapport building comes naturally to you, and you can match products and services tocustomer needs and close sales with business customers, we would be delighted to meet you.
We recognise that work-life balance is important, so if 9.30am - 4.30pm is more suitable than full time, or working 2 days or 3 days a week as a job share would be preferable to you, let us know and we will see what is available. Most important for us is someonewith honesty, integrity and a positive can-do attitude who is used to having great conversations with customers and closing sales.
**A day in the life of a Telesales Account Manager with us at phs Group will involve**:
- Calling our existing business customers to understand their needs, and providing the best solutions for them
- Listening to and understanding the cause of queries or cancellations, offering solutions to support the customer and retain their valued business.
- Growing the customers’ product holding with us by establishing their current needs each quarter and matching them to suitable products or services from our vast range.
- Being the industry expert for your customers, knowing / selling the products consultatively.
- Achieving and working towards set targets and KPIs (daily, weekly, periodically)
- The contractual services we sell are for Washrooms, Healthcare, Floorcare and Air-care.
**Required**:
- You are great at building rapport, with resilience and determination to succeed
- You’re polite and articulate, trustworthy, reliable and a good team player
- You are highly organised and structured when planning your day
- You are target driven and self-motivated
**Desired**:
- Previous experience with telesales, account management and adding value to accounts
- A consultative approach to selling, with experience of selling on a contractual basis and closing the sale yourself rather than passing the lead on.
**In return for your commitment and expertise as a Telesales Account Manager at phs Group**:
- A realistic, achievable OTE of £35,027 with a guaranteed base salary of £21,500 (full time)
- Uncapped commission
