If you are brilliant at building successful working relationships, coaching, developing, and leading a successful Telesales team with contractual sales objectives, and have that determination to achieve targets, we are looking forward to meeting you
Your role here will be managing a team of Telesales Account Managers whose purpose it is to protect, retain and grow revenue for the company by maximising sales opportunities from our existing customer portfolio. In reward for leading, developing and supportingthe team in the delivery of our objectives you will receive a good salary with excellent earning potential through our commission / bonus scheme and attractive on-target earnings, all for doing a role which you enjoy.
**A day in the life of a Telesales Team Manager with us at phs Group will involve**:

- Driving / managing the team to protect and grow business from our existing customer portfolio
- Managing and monitoring any customer cancellations to ensure that we retain their custom
- Leading the team to deliver contractual sales targets and KPIs through monitoring and measuring team members results, recognising achievements and managing performance
- Plan / manage daily activities, team briefings and coaching sessions to develop skills
- Accurately forecasting and delivering against revenue targets
- Championing the Sales strategy ensuring the customer is at the heart of what we do
- Promoting a culture of excellence in respect of customer service, quality and improvement
- Using targeted Marketing campaigns to unlock the growth potential of named accounts
- You’re an experienced Telesales Leader who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment
- You will have demonstrable success leading sales teams using a positive, motivational style
- You can demonstrate how you have developed people in the past to achieve their potential
- We want someone who can demonstrate their experience in successful telephone sales, performance management, coaching and developing sales / retention techniques
- You’ll be professional, commercially aware and show understanding of sales methodologies
- You’re polite, articulate and an excellent communicator
- You’ll have the ability to challenge - respectfully, constructively and effectively
- You are highly organised and structured when planning your day
- You are target driven and self-motivated
- You’ll be IT savvy with experience of CRMs, preferably Salesforce (SFDC)
- Experience with contractual sales would be an advantage

**In return for your commitment and expertise as a Telesales Team Manager at phs Group**:

- A good salary of between £26,000 - £30,000
- Excellent commission / bonus scheme (£15,000)
- Achievable OTE of between £41,000 - £45,000
