We are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient and organised individual to join our team that is interested in learning new skills and managing a varied workload. You will assist in providing a temporary resourcing service to our clients.
As an Apprentice Bookings Administrator working within our team, you will be responsible for the placement of Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, Chefs, Domestic Staff, Porters and Kitchen Assistants in temporary assignments.
Additionally, you will work to agreed targets while proactively contacting both new and existing clients to identify their requirements and generate leads for our Business Development team.
**Role Requirements**:
- Booking Shifts
- Contacting our clients in various care homes/ Trusts to take the staffing requests.
- Full implementation of care rotas
- Ensure all staff are rostered to their contracted hours and not over restricted hours.
- Ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships.
- Ensure communication with HR & Recruitment on the needs of the business and recruitment needs.
- Ability to work without supervision, use own initiative and prioritise.
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Be fast thinking and able to work under pressure in a team environment.
- Supporting with In-House audits.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Consistent achievement of targets - We are an extremely proactive recruitment agency and as such, we are looking for sales driven high achievers for our team.
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
