We are a family run business established in 1934 with over 80 years’ experience supplying a range of domestic appliances & home entertainment as well as Kitchens.

The role will encompass supporting the existing repairs team and taking responsibility for the daily management our engineer’s diaries, as well as sending reports and all relevant paperwork associated with the reports.

In this role, you are also responsible for making sure invoicing is done daily as well as sending out all reports to relevant customers - all after the usual in-house training has taken place whilst working within the department. The main intention is to achieve a high level of control, monitoring and consistent focus on performance within the Repairs Department.

**Main responsibilities**
- Approving engineer’s daily bookings
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork/reports has been received
- Running weekly checks and making sure all paperwork has been submitted to ensure invoicing is up to date for month end and meeting relevant deadlines
- Planning daily works for the engineers (diary management)
- Confirming appointments with residents daily
- Sending quotes to Clients for approval to carry out repairs/replacements
- Making sure all works issued have all the relevant information and parts ordered for the job to be completed on that visit
- Maintaining a social media presence through uploading assets across all platforms from brands campaigns (Instagram, Twitter and Facebook), using the software Tailwind
- Office duties include filing, answering, and directing phones calls to the relevant staff, shredding

**Person Specification**
- Minimum of 2 years office experience
- Minimum of 1 years experience within a role that involves processing or diary management
- Excellent organisational skills
- Be flexible regarding the tasks you may be given.
- Ability to operate independently.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels (both written and verbal)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrate initiative and a good work ethic
- Openness to learning
