**Customer Services Coordinator - Hackney - Construction Company**
**Salary up to £28k - Monday - Friday 8:00 -16:00**
Providing comprehensive coordination and administrative support to lead administrator.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle both written and telephone enquiries from a variety of stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner.
- Listens attentively to customer and directs them with the appropriate department to address their needs
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Accurately records and logs interaction with customers and updates CRM in an efficient manner
- Manage schedules and deadlines using CRM to provide reports
- Support leadership team in delivery and development of all company policies
**Requirements**:
- Good communication both written and verbal
- Proficient in all Microsoft programs
- Effective time management and prioritising
- High attention to detail
- Customer and client focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excel in customer service
- Able to work both independently and in a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
**Education**:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
