**Operations Administrator - Hackney - Construction Company**

**Salary up to £23k dependent on experience**

**Monday - Friday 8:00 - 16:00 - office based - no remote working**

**Purpose of role**: Provide comprehensive support to the Lead Administrator to ensure the smooth running of their work stream.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Service**

? Receive and make calls on behalf of the business to include appointment management.
? Conduct customer service satisfaction surveys.
? Provide cover for Customer Services Co-ordinator when required.

**Administrative Support**

? Populate CRM with new work orders to company standard.
? Manage and monitor team mailboxes to KPI’s.
? Update CRM with notes and file all relevant documentation.
? Assist with preparation and sending of estimates using company template.
? Allocate work instructions, considering contract budgets and project costs.
? Conduct desktop post inspections to agreed standard.
? Identify extra works and order variations, cross-referencing with original order.
? Manage internal and external completion process.
? Provide support with ad-hoc tasks.
