An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join Therapy Services in the post of Apprentice Therapies Administrative Assistant at Homerton Hospital and Sir Ludwig Gutman to deliver excellent service to our patients and a smooth and efficient support to our clinical team. We are seeking to appoint a dynamic individual to work within our fast-paced service. Applicants should be able to demonstrate evidence of their organisational skills, be a committed team player with the ability to priorities their own workload, and work well under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential with the role requiring high level of computer based skills. The successful applicant must be flexible, adaptable, and have a willingness to embrace change as and when required. The ability to use initiative when dealing with unexpected situations is also an advantage. Role will be cross-site and the successful applicant will be expected to cover Homerton and Sir Ludwig Gutman **Apprenticeship Information**: **Training Provider**: Hawk Training **Qualification**: Business Administration Apprenticeship **Level**: 3 **Duration**: 18 months **Course Type**: Apprenticeship Standard **Apprenticeship Delivery**: Online. **Units Covered**: The Apprenticeship programme is made up of different units. Apprentices will be assessed on their knowledge, skills and behaviours throughout the apprenticeship and tracked online using an e-portfolio. These are grouped into 3 themes which complement each other and are as follows: 1) Core Business & Administration 2) Managing Self & Personal Skills 3) Using Resources & Achieving Results. **Key duties include**: To be the first point of call for patients and staff member when entering the department.
