Lettings Coordinator

**Lettings Coordinator - Hackney - £24,000 to £30,000 Dependant on Experience**

My client, a successful independent agency, are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Coordinator to join their team and provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the Lettings Department, as well as general office administration.

This is a great opportunity to build a career in the property industry within their family feel office based in Hackney.

**Duties**
- Handle enquiries by telephone, register applicants and book viewings/appraisals
- Handle tenancy progression from point of offer to move in
- Liaise with property owners/tenants verbally and in written form
- Ensure all required documents are on file for both landlord and tenant for new tenancies
- Draw up necessary documents for new tenancies
- Arrange gas safety certificates, EPCs, pre-tenancy cleans etc.
- Handle right-to-rent checks
- Set up the landlords account on the systems
- Log security deposits
- Handle window display updates
- Deal with any other property issues that may arise within the team
- Basic accounts data entry
- Managing key log; signing in and out and key tracking
- General office administration and ad hoc duties as required

**Responsibilities**
- Previous experience within Lettings Administration / Tenancy Progression
- Provide an excellent level of client service
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent communication and ‘people’ skills
- Good computer skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Working knowledge of Jupix is desirable but not essential

**Salary**: £24,000 - £30,000 Dependant on Experience
**Hours**: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
