**Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager**

Basic salary up to £35k dependent on experience.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Case Manager to join a very successful mortgage brokerage specialising in BTL and Bridging Finance solutions.

Applicants will need to be highly professional, being comfortable dealing with a wide range of clientele, including High Net Worth and UHNW individuals.

**Responsibilities**:
Skills & Experience Required:

- A minimum of 2 years mortgage administration experience.
- Experience of administering BTL and / or Bridging Finance cases
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
- A team player with ability to use own initiative.
- Ideally educated to degree level.
