The Best Connection are looking for an **Administration Assistant **to join our well-established client in Abingdon. This administration Assistant role is an office-based role.
**The core areas of work for the admin assistant are**:
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Scheduling
In carrying out the administration assistant role you will be required to liaise with other members of the team. In addition to the core areas described the role also covers general administration tasks.
**Required Skills for this administration assistant role**:
- High Standard of IT Skills
- Good command of English
- Attention to detail
- Adaptable to change
- Knowledge and good ability of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Excellent organisational skills and timekeeping
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude to work
- Ability to communicate successfully and work effectively with other team members
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Previous administration experience is required for this administration assistant role.
Full UK clean license is essential.
**Salary**:
- 25k - 28k yearly salary
**Shift times**:
- Monday - Friday **08:00 am - 17:00 pm**:
- 40 hours a week
- 1 hour lunch - unpaid
