We are growing and have a new and exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team, initially on a six-month, fixed term contract.

**The role**:
As Marketing Coordinator, you will provide general admin support and administration for the Marketing team.

**Key duties**:

- CRM administration
- Organising exhibition and attendance at shows
- Raising POs and managing invoice queries, logging spend on budget tracker.
- Liaising with case study volunteers and brand ambassadors
- Supporting the team with print and fulfilment requests.
- Social media and eshot support.
- Website support.
- Taking minutes and actions at team meetings.
- Ownership of marketing tool asset bank.
- Monitoring competitor activity online.

- Previous administration experience
- Experience of business systems
- Highly organised with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Able to multitask and manage multiple projects.
- Good communicator
- Attention to detail.
- Social media experience would be advantageous.
