Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Dealing with the export of goods from UK warehouse to anywhere around the world
- You will be producing the documents required for international exports and these can be by sea, air or even road
- Monitoring shipments, costs, and time-lines
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues
- Providing import and export documentation
- Answering customer queries
- Organise and store paperwork, documents and maintain electronic databases
- Other admin support where required.

**This is primarily an office based role but there is small degree of flexibility**

**The Successful Applicant**:
**Logistics Coordinator (Exports), Basingstoke**:

- The skills required to do a stand alone role (only one other person in Logistics related role)
- Happy working in a small team
- Ideally experience of exporting Technology/IT Sector goods - can be flexible with this
- Previous experience in an Operations import/export role
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Good telephone manner

**What's on Offer**:
circa £30,000 (small amount of flexibility) plus excellent package
