Direct message the job poster from Cpl Life Sciences Location: Basingstoke (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office) Duration: 12 months Pay rate: £19.98 and £26.64 per hour PAYE As a Brand Associate, you will support the strategic and operational activities for the Diabetes and Obesity brands in the UK and Ireland. Working closely with the Brand Manager and cross‑functional teams, you will help implement brand strategies, coordinate marketing initiatives, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans for Diabetes and Obesity portfolio. Support the launch and post-launch activities, including coordination of brand tactics and tracking of key milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, sales, regulatory, corporate affairs, finance, market research) to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand initiatives. Help develop and deliver customer and operational plans in line with global and local brand strategies. Gather and analyze market insights, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform brand activities. Support the preparation of promotional materials and ensure all activities are compliant with ABPI Code of Practice, local SOPs and utilizing Veeva PromoMats. Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions for internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of marketing tactics, providing recommendations for improvement. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and thought leaders, under the guidance of senior team members. Support digital and omni-channel marketing initiatives, working with the engagement team to enhance customer experience. Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines in all activities. Essential Skills & Qualifications Some experience (internship, placement, or entry-level role) in marketing, sales, or project coordination, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Strong organizational and project management abilities; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights. Good working knowledge of digital channels and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge or experience in Diabetes, Obesity, or related therapy areas. Experience supporting brand or marketing activities in a regulated environment. Familiarity with ABPI Code of Practice or similar compliance frameworks. Experience with promotional materials approval systems, such as Veeva PromoMats. Leadership skills (particularly in cross-functional collaboration, decision making and leading without authority).
