**HR Administrator - Part Time**
Working three days per week (must be able to work on Monday's but flexible on other two days)
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager the HR Administrator will provide a HR administration service to ensure adherence to HR procedures and processes. As a key support function, this role will be responsible for providing HR administration and HR support and assisting in the execution and contribution to the People Philosophy.
This is a role that requires you to roll your sleeves up and tackle all situations that arise. Nothing is impossible and there is always a solution.
The HR Administrator will be working across all brands for Celtic & Co. Frugi and Turtledoves.
**Key accountabilities & responsibilities include**:
**Day to Day Functions**:
- Day to day administration of all HR functions.
- Manage People data as to ensure up to date employee records are held and maintained, both physically and electronically within the HR system.
- Control all holidays requests and ensure accurate execution of holiday and sickness records.
- Monitor and sign off timekeeping and attendance records on a weekly basis.
- Facilitate low level investigatory for disciplinary and grievance procedures, as appropriate.
- Administrate all onboarding process including inductions, preparing offer letters and contract packs etc.
- Administer the T&A and Sew sheet process on a weekly basis as to ensure accurate payment of wages.
- In the absence of the Senior HR Manager process payroll reports and liaise with the Finance Department to provide Payroll information regarding salary, monthly payroll reports etc.
- Produce timely statistical information for the inclusion within the People Team dashboard.
- Assist with the development, review, and implementation of HR related policies.
- Manage the administration in line with the return-to-work, probationary and appraisal processes.
- Assist in maternity and paternity processes and other family friendly leave requests, and where necessary, providing advice and guidance.
- Assist managers with recruitment processes in devising and placing job adverts, shortlisting CVs, coordinating interviews whilst ensuring equality, fairness, consistency, and transparency.
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefit processes.
- Booking training and maintain a comprehensive and up to date training matrix.
- Assist the Senior HR Manager in HR related projects in conjunction with the People Philosophy.
**Partnering**:
- Assist in the execution of the People Philosophy through completion of associated workstream.
- Build effective relationships across all stakeholders.
- Assist in supporting and advising managers on company policies/procedures/legislation.
- Be available to acknowledge and respond to all employee related queries and issues in a positive, sensitive, and timely manner.
- Actively work with Managers to execute recruitment process.
- Assist in supporting wellbeing and welfare of employees.
