Office Administrator

Nursing Solutions Ltd is looking for a Part time Office Administrator - This will be a job share - to join our team based in St Georges, Weston-super-Mare. The applicant must have good communication and writing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office is amust. NVQ level 3 in business admin and knowledge of healthcare services are preferable.
The duties include:
Undertake the full remit of recruitment administration supporting the managers to deliver care services
Undertake administrative duties including filing, sorting out post and staff shifts allocation
Deal with incoming phone calls and take messages
As an Office Administrator you will provide efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to the office including all tasks as appropriate. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
Experience in the care sector is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
The hours are on a fortnightly rota of 2 days 1 week 3 days the next week. As this role is a job share it will require some flexibility to cover annual leave.
