**Overview**:
Atlassian has an exciting opening for a remote, full-time Recruiter to join our EMEA Business Talent Acquisition team The team is comprised of junior & senior full lifecycle recruiters. You will be brought in to continue to build out our Business organisations as we continue to evolve. You will focus on our most senior individual contributor openings with the opportunity to flex into leadership hiring. This will be a focus area for the business in FY25. In this position, you will report into the Global Talent Acquisition Leader for EMEA & India.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner closely with the business being a true consultative partner. Identifying opportunity areas and driving change management through data and innovation.
- Focus on market mapping, building representative pipelines and long-term engagement with top talent.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**
- You have experience across the end-to-end Recruitment cycle.
- You have experience driving diversity, equity and inclusion strategies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- You have experience closely partnering with the business you support.
- Bring a consultative approach, the ability to enhance quality of funnel and process through data, market insights, and creative ideas.
- Experience in tech sales recruiting preferred.
