- Experience leading planning and analysis for large organizations
- Experience gathering business requirements and developing scorecards and dashboards to surface meaningful KPIs and actionable intelligence to senior leaders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

AWS is seeking a talented Head of Business Operations for EMEA to lead the growing, fast-paced team, based in London. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the exciting and diverse space of the Amazon Web Services.
We're looking for a detailed, motivated, and structured profile to partner with the EMEA VP and Sales & Marketing leadership teams to create mechanisms that allow AWS in EMEA to scale, whilst understanding and delivering a great customer experience. This senior leader will set the direction for the team and influence a broad range of stakeholder teams.
This is a high visibility leadership role that will be responsible for defining and setting the strategic vision and operational roadmap and will be a thought leader, sought after for key functional and business decisions.

- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.
Key job responsibilities
**What you will do**:
- Lead a team of Sales Operations Managers and analysts to Develop key sales support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market segment development objectives
- Partner closely with the Managing Director to set ambitious yet achievable goals for the sales organization, then put a framework in place to report, analyze and measure progress against them.
- Develop relationships and work with sales, partner, sales operations, and other stakeholders to create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive strategic programs across both areas.
- Lead the local planning process and run the operational cadence of activities, such as Quarterly and Monthly business reviews, 2x2s, Segmentation, Territory/Account Planning, Operational Planning 1-2 and Offsite strategy workshops.
- Shape the strategy to align each plan with the core mission, providing executive sponsorship to program-manage the end to end delivery of the initiatives, in coordination with Partner, Marketing, Finance, SAs and Sales teams. This includes the creation of metrics, processes and mechanisms.
- Support the evolution, integration, and implementation of sales systems and processes to meet the rapid growth of the business and its revenue attainment and market segment development objectives.
- Provide insights via external market segment research and deep dive including the in country macro-economic issues and opportunities. Evaluate and research various data sets to provide deep insights and recommendations; prepare ad hoc analysis as needed. Provide actionable intelligence with existing metrics or identify, develop and propose new metrics.
- Lead compensation, quota planning, headcount, new market segments planning and executing related initiatives.
- Manage the development of continuously-evolving forecast models and methodologies, owning the quantitative analysis of the performance of our sales team, to improve Sales Excellence and productivity.
