Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.Atlassian has an exciting opening for a full-time, German speaking Senior Recruiter to join our EMEA Business Talent Acquisition team The team is comprised of junior & senior full lifecycle recruiters. You will be brought in to continue to build out our Business organisations as we continue to evolve. You will focus on our most senior individual contributor openings with the opportunity to flex into leadership hiring. In this position, you will report into the Global Talent Acquisition Leader for EMEA & India.ResponsibilitiesFull recruitment life cycle supporting senior business openings (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, General Administrative). This includes sourcing, driving candidate pipeline, ensuring data integrity and providing a positive candidate experience.Partner closely with the business being a true consultative partner. Identifying opportunity areas and driving change management through data and innovation.Be a subject matter expert in their domain and be a go-to and mentor for other members of the team.Focus on market mapping, building representative pipelines and long-term engagement with top talent.About YouBusiness-level fluency in German required.You have experience across the end-to-end Recruitment cycle.You bring sourcing methodologies and experience with non-traditional channels to find new candidates.You have experience driving diversity, equity and inclusion strategies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.You have experience closely partnering with the business you support.Bring a consultative approach, the ability to enhance quality of funnel and process through data, market insights, and creative ideas.Experience in tech sales recruiting preferred.Atlassian offers a wide range of perks and benefits designed to support you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
