Customer Service Advisor

Fletcher Moorland Ltd are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for an immediate start, to join the team due to continued growth.
**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Updating Customers on the progress of current repairs
- Liaising with all Departments to chase Customer jobs through the system and workflow
- Liaising with internal drivers and external couriers to arrange urgent collections and deliveries
- Checking and matching of Customer Paperwork to ensure correct details are input in to the business operating system
- Other adhoc administrative duties
**Experience**:
- Previous experience working in a busy Customer Service Environment
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook and Excel, training will be provided on company specific programs
- Problem solving skills, a can do attitude
- Good telephone manner and written communication skills
- Confident and persistent
- The ability to keep calm under pressure and learn quickly.
**Hours of Work**
- Saturday & Sunday - 7.00am - 17.30pm
- 10 Days Holidays plus statutory holidays
**Job Type**: Part Time
**Salary**: £11.00 Per Hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Stoke-On-Trent: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Customer Service: 1 year (minimum) desired
