This job is a good opportunity to support a high performing IT function in a corporate enterprise, in an extremely interesting high tech manufacturing environment.

**Role Overview**

Providing administrative support to a well-established IT Service Desk. The role will require you undertaking administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the UK team have adequate support to work effectively.

**Duties**
- Raising shopping carts for all IT requirements, to include hardware, mobiles and license renewals
- Placing orders with Amazon for more urgent requirements
- Confirming goods received on all orders
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers for non-standard requirements
- Stock control of inventory hardware
- Working closely with refresh team to manage the monthly/quarterly lease requirements and order with Dell accordingly
- Miscellaneous administrative duties occasionally required for arranging meetings etc.

**Essential Skill/Qualifications**
- Able to work both on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Good experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent customer facing skills, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail essential
- Previous administrative experience advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £17,125.00-£19,000.00 per year
