**Ecommerce Marketing Executive**

**What you’ll be getting up to**
- Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager and wider digital team in implementing tactics, plans and campaigns across digital.
- Reporting on the performance of digital marketing activities and online shop initiatives with recommendations and insights.
- Working closely with the Content Manager to produce high quality, relevant content for digital channels.
- Building and maintaining helpful and persuasive product detail pages
- Creating online shop landing pages for seasonal collections and campaigns.
- Working with our third-party agencies to create ad content, tracking KPIs and website development requirements.
- Implementing improvements to ux, cr and seo.
- Delivering improvements to our upsell, cart abandonment, conversion and marketing automations opportunities to drive sales.
- Implementing tactics to increase visibility of our online shop to our offline customers.
- Supporting with opportunities to introduce our online shop to new audiences via collaborations, partners, and affiliates.
- Maintaining brand standards across our online offering, including packaging, marketing literature and customer information.
- Liaising with customer relations and warehouse team to ensure customer feedback is actioned and products are available.
- Collating competitive updates and recommendations for opportunities.

**Key skills**
- 3+ year marketing experience, preferably in ecommerce marketing
- Experience of Shopify
- High attention to detail
- Commercially focused

- Passion for food and drink

**OUR STORY**

Rick and Jill Stein started our family run business back in 1975, and today we employ over 600 happy staff. The business has grown from the first flagship Seafood Restaurant in Padstow to 10 restaurants across the south of England, plus hotel rooms, cookery school, shops and an online shop. Rick and Jill are still heavily involved in the business, as are their three sons Ed, Jack and Charlie. We see ourselves as being in the 'cheering up industry' trying to make people smile with great food, drink and experiences.
