We have an established growth engine, acquiring customers by using the highest sustainable acquisition cost and building customer lifetime value through life-stage marketing and ‘upgrading’ customers to our subscription service. We are growing fast, have high NPS scores, strong customer retention and a loyal customer base that account for over 50% of our customers. We also have a programme to offset emissions using certified tree-planting.

**About you**

**In this role, you will**
- Maximise deliverability, engagement metrics and conversion rates through best practice.
- Manage data checks, lists, segments, parameters, and data hygiene processes.
- Track and monitor past and current campaign performance.

**Your success will be measured by**
- Implementation of split and multivariate test and learn initiatives.

**You’ll definitely have**
- Strong written English and grammar.
- An unbeatable eye for detail, accuracy, and impeccable proofing skills.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
- Knowledge of ISPs, filters, postmasters, deliverability, and inbox placement.
- Experience with whitelists, blacklists, and authentication
- An up-to-date understanding of advertising codes, data protection regulations.

**Nice to have**
- A marketing degree or professional marketing qualification.
- Ability to query data.
- Experience in small, dynamic teams.

- **Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience

**Location -** this role is currently hybrid-based, with the requirement to attend our office in **St Ives, Cambridgeshire** twice a week. You will be required to attend the office daily during your onboarding period.
