Job Title: Marketing Executive/Senior Marketing Executive
Location: Groundwell Industrial Estate, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN25 5AB.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving BGA’s global growth by generating targeted leads, planning impactful campaigns, and increasing brand awareness across diverse markets.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for data-driven marketing, adept at both online and offline strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Conversion
▪ Develop and execute lead generation strategies targeting international markets.
▪ Utilize online and offline channels to identify, engage, and convert prospects into qualified leads.
▪ Analyse lead generation campaigns to optimize performance and ensure measurable ROI.
Campaign and Promotion Planning
▪ BGA has over 600 customers across 88 countries. A large focus of the role will be building relationships, planning and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to enhance BGA’s brand visibility and sales growth throughout customer channels.
▪ Helping grow and manage a new customer tiering initiative introduced to BGA.
Social Media Advertising
▪ Creating, and optimising global social media ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook & Instagram.
▪ Develop custom landing pages to track and analyse lead generation efforts.
▪ Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with overarching marketing strategies.
Exhibition Support
▪ Support with planning BGA’s participation in international and regional exhibitions.
▪ Coordinate pre- and post-event marketing activities, including invitations, follow-ups, and lead tracking.
Beneficial Skills:
▪ Confident building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
▪ Passion for Automotive – Engine parts.
▪ Web development – WordPress.
▪ Adobe Literate (Ai, Ps)
▪ Strong understanding of B2B and B2C markets when targeting.
Experience:
▪ Proven experience in lead generation & campaign planning.
▪ Understanding of Engine, Steering and Transmission parts is a PLUS
▪ Proficiency in Social Media Business Management tools.
▪ Exhibition planning.
