This is an exciting time to join the company.This role focuses on crafting engaging content managing social media platforms and telling our brand story across multiple addition you will develop and commission supporting collateral for exhibitions and events etc. working across all aspects of marketing and comms. You will play a pivotal role in connecting with our audience both internally and externally while ensuring consistency in our brand messaging.The team consists of a Marketing and Communications Manager and a Digital Marketing Executive. There are plans in mid-2026 to take on a junior Marketing Executive to allow each Executive to concentrate on one of our two main market sectors: nuclear and defence.What youll be responsible for:Campaign CreationCreate compelling campaigns to promote Delkia products and services to two key sectors. This would include creating:CollateralDigital marketing campaignsDeveloping high-quality engaging written content tailored for various platforms including blogs newsletters social media posts and press releases.Report on campaigns success.Internal and External Communications:Craft compelling brand stories and messages to communicate our mission and values. Ensuring all content aligns with our tone of voice and brand guidelines.Support internal communications initiatives by creating newsletters announcements and updates.Support the planning scheduling and management of external comms across platforms.Monitor social media trends and engagement responding to comments and messages promptly.Website Development and Management:Work with the team to ensure the website reflects our latest news events and campaigns.Update our website and internal SharePoint sites; creating new pages and content as required.Competitor Research:You will be expected to learn about our core market sectors conduct competitor research and work closely with our sales team to ensure they have the marketing materials they need to support their activities. What youll bring:Experience: Demonstrable experience in content creation social media management or a similar role.Writing Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a flair for storytelling and tailoring content for different audiences.Social Media Expertise: Strong knowledge of social media platforms trends and analytics tools.Creativity: A passion for creating innovative and impactful content with the ability to design and produce social media posts etc. using tools such as CanvaOrganisation: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading and editing skills to ensure high-quality content.Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g. Wix) and basic graphic design tools (Canva) is a plus.Degree in Marketing Digital Marketing or other relevant qualification(s)Nice to have:Membership CIM or CIPRThe Person:Enthusiastic and creative team worker looking to take more responsibility.
