We’re looking for an Ecommerce Operations Support to join our team at our Head Office in St Eval, Cornwall.

The role provides co-ordination of activities between each element of the E commerce business partnering from products, supply, operations, and marketing.

**What you will be getting up to**
- Ensuring flow of information from each source reaches the correct team in timely fashion
- Building third part relationships with our partners to ensure products and pricing information is captured and communicated internally to the relevant buying and supply teams
- As part of the e-commerce team, you will have knowledge of all marketing activity, online product developments and updates so that you can liaise with the warehouse, logistic, delivery companies and buying teams to ensure seamless end to end delivery to customers.
- You will take a project manager role in new product development, ensuring each stakeholder reaches deadlines and the NPD meets launch timelines
- Ability to engage and get the best out of stakeholders, showing both proactive initiative and active listening
- High degree of computer literacy with ability to use the full Microsoft suite as well as excellent communication and organisation skills
**Desired but not essential skills**
- Have you ever worked with Shopify?
- Any experience with Mintsoft?
- Project management experience would be beneficial
- Tello/ Asana / Wrike or another project management tool

**Our Story**
Rick and Jill Stein started our family run business back in 1975, and today we employ over 6oo happy staff. The business has grown from the first flagship Seafood Restaurant in Padstow to 10 restaurants across the south of England, plus hotel rooms, cookery school, shops and an online shop. Rick and Jill are still heavily involved in the business, as are their three sons Ed, Jack and Charlie.
