Experienceof building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders, managing those relationships effectively. Experience of managing conflicting demands and priorities whilst working in a high profile, fast paced environment. Ability to quickly understand the environmentand strategic agenda in order to effectively identify and prioritise the most important tasks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to use different communication styles and methods (including Skype, MS Teams, OneNote), recognising the benefits,including ensuring cost effectiveness.
