Billing Administrator

Firstcom Europe Ltd are currently recruiting within our billing team.
The day to day tasks for the billing role includes (but not limited to)
- **Maintaining billing system records - updating usernames, adding and removing products in the billing system**:
- **Monitoring usage charges**:
- **Providing customers with copy invoices and reports**:
- **Update our in-house crm to record all queries**
You would also assist with executing the monthly bill run which would include tasks
- **Double checking invoice amounts**:
- **Ensuring there are no missing costs**:
- **Looking out for unexpected charges**:
- **Sending invoices out on time**
Previous experience in customer billing would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Previous experience in customer billing for the billing co-ordinator is essential with a minimum of 12 months experience.
