As a Law Firm Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our office operations. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that support our legal professionals and contribute to the overall success of the firm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and answering phone calls.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and court dates.
- Maintain and update client files and case management systems.
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence.
- Support the legal team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role, preferably in a legal environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with legal case management software is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and strong client service skills.
- Basic understanding of legal terminology and processes is desirable.

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
