HR, Payroll and Exec Assistant

**Hybrid working 2/3 days office / home**
Looking for a role where you can share your knowledge and experience having been an HR Administrator, a Payroll Administrator or an Executive Assistant? This is an opportunity for someone to diversify their skills. As an expert in one of these areas, youwill have the opportunity in this role to learn and manage the other two skill areas. Equally if you have all these skills already and want a change of company that works too The Exec HR Admin and Payroll Assistant will work as part of the HR and EA teams,combining support for payroll and other employee Benefits admin tasks, with EA support to the Executive Leadership team.
**Key Responsibilities**
**As first point of contact for HR / Payroll, be responsible for**:
- Supporting monthly payroll process, including accurate and timely submission
- Ensuring required payroll approvals received in timely manner, and ensure arrangements in place for transfer of funds
- Monthly upload of pension deductions to the third party provider via portal
- Third party reports & payments, including HMRC & Childcare Vouchers
- HR/Payroll system updates and filing
- Supporting the HR Manager as required on other tasks including, but not limited to,
- Preparing and issuing letters/documentation in connection with HR processes
- Assisting with new employee routine onboarding activities as required
- Administration of annual benefits renewals and liaison with providers as required
- Managing Company Security Pass/Badge system; producing passes for new employees and contractors, discontinuing/removing leavers, and dealing with access queries/lost badges
- Preparing and issuing responses to employment/mortgage/tenancy reference requests
- Updating HR systems and running reports as required
**As Executive Admin support, responsibilities will include**:
- Providing calendar management, including prioritizing requests and resolving conflicts where necessary to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Back-up and support for Board meetings where required
- Preparing for significant Executive meetings, including all associated logistics.
- Setting up and managing purchase orders and invoices
- Providing complex travel arrangements where required. creating travel itineraries and be available during travel times to quickly address any last
- minute changes or cancellations.
- Tracking and processing expenses for Executives by managing credit card transactions and receipts.
- Supporting administrative tasks associated with Facilities Management
**Background and Qualifications**
- Relevant EA experience
- Previous experience of HR and Payroll Systems is essential
