HR Admin Team Leader

The Talent Place are recruiting a HR Admin Team Lead on behalf of our client based in Hertfordshire.
The post holder will be part of a team that provides a professional transactional service to our business. They will be able to assist with the development of systems and processes which will support effective and robust transactional processing. This positionsits within the HR team structure and will work collaboratively with the other functions and departments within the wider Group. The work carried out is high volume, varied and fast paced. Although this role will be based at the Head Office, travel may berequired.
**The post holder will be responsible for**:
- Advise and support line managers across the organisation with all transactional processes providing a high-quality service.
- Manage the transactional administrators; providing coaching, supervision and development as required.
- Oversee the transactional function of the HR team to ensure requests are dealt with in line with developed service level agreements, and accurately every time.
- Manage the administrative support of cases from start to finish including producing letters and storing accurate records appropriately.
- Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders to promote positive relations across the organisation
**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- With a robust and successful track record in HR transactions, the post holder will demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of transactional processes, payroll and relevant legislation.
- Demonstrable experience in managing a team.
