New role to for an experienced HR Administrator / Coordinator to join this fast growing engineering company based in Maidenhead
This role is initially a 6-month contract, however does have the potential to go permanent if the business needs grow.
The HR Administrator will play an integral part of the busy Human Resources Department and be dealing with multiple stakeholders across the business.
The main focus of this HR Administrator will be to support the HR Management team with ongoing day to day HR activities in support of the business including recruitment support, onboarding employees, reporting data such as sickness & absence, coordinatingtraining, overseeing various systems and databases, company vehicle administration and other administrative duties.
This company have a great team culture and offer an agile working model which gives you flexible working and an early finish (3pm) on a Friday. This role is office based, they are open to look at different set ups in the future, however this role will beoffice based only at the moment.
