We are looking for a proactive **HR Administrator **to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy using technology in a people context, want to continuously learn & develop and thrive off a varied role - no two days will be the same

About the role: *
As the HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the HR team and business while ensuring our people have a great experience. This is a generalist position supporting with recruitment & onboarding, service delivery & data, payroll administration, learning & development, communications, and processing HR invoices.

HR are a busy team of five, passionate about providing a great people experience. Hybrid working is embedded into CIM’s culture and the HR team currently work two days onsite in Cookham and three days remote, prioritising collaboration and communication.

In a typical day, you might: *
- Work alongside the Recruitment Administrator to support the recruitment process
- Create and prepare recruitment campaigns
- Support our hiring managers with recruitment and interview preparation
- Prepare new hire offer documentation through our onboarding platform ensuring their employment documentation is received before their start date
- Deliver a welcoming and engaging day one induction to our new hires
- Manage probationary reviews
- Ensure people documentation is held correctly, updated and maintained in line with GDPR requirements
- Maintain the Cascade HR and payroll database and any paper files
- Process variations to terms and conditions for our people
- Maintain HR systems such as Cascade and Clear Review and support managers in using the systems
- Collate monthly HR reports & metrics including the HR KPI dashboard
- Process payroll data such as monthly casual timesheets, overtime information and examiner invoices into Cascade, ensuring that all data has been added accurately and within the monthly deadlines
- Update our company intranet with information and news
- Process employee training requests and support the delivery of training by managing delegate lists, communicating with delegates, booking rooms etc
- Create purchase orders and process related invoices as and when required

For this role, you’ll need: *
- Evidence of experience in a HR Administrator position
- Knowledge of HR database systems, ideally Cascade
- A willingness to learn and develop further
- Strong prioritisation and problem-solving skills
- A high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A clear and effective communicator
- Ability to work with confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Ideally, CIPD qualified (or working towards) level 3 or equivalent
