**The company**:
A brilliant opportunity for someone with a background of working in HR, looking to join a progressive and supportive organisation. With a brilliant reputation for being a leader in their field this would suit someone with experience already gained in HRand ideally be suited a CIPD studier or someone already qualified Level 3 CIPD.

**The role**:
This role is varied and will include:
Supporting with the recruitment process

Working on recruitment campaigns

Working alongside the hiring managers to help with interview preparation

Ensuring documents are kept up to date

Working on inductions and leading these for new starters

Dealing with reviews of probations

Assist and co-ordinate information for the payroll team, making sure that they are aware of any changes to peoples salaries or circumstances

Co-ordinate some of the training courses for people in the organisation

**What you need to be successful**:
With some experience of working in HR you will need to ideally be studying towards or completed your CIPD training. This is a friendly and professional environment and they are looking for someone with:
Excellent time management

Great communication skills

An ability to demonstrate being able to prioritise work

Good presentation skills
