Major Players are working with a full-service agency who are looking for an integrated Project Manager to join their events team for a 12 month period. This is a great opportunity to be part of an agency that work with top global brands on experiential campaignsand events.

The role:

- End to end project management of all events and experiential campaigns.
- Scope and create, review and edit project timelines and project plan to ensure programs are on track.
- Manage event inboxes within service level agreements
- Successfully manage multiple events at one time
- Manage the relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Main point of contact for the client for all projects
- Write operational internal documents for teams to understand.
- Liaise with production teams, external suppliers, contractors, and freelancers.
- Effectively manage timelines, invoices, and payments for all projects

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years Project Management and events experience
- Highly organised and collaborative individual
- Experience working on experiential campaigns and events
