The Company

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive Event Manager to join our core team and help deliver world-class events from concept through to flawless execution. This is a critical client-facing role, managing multiple projects across the UK, US, and Europe.

This role is ideal for someone who is ready to step up, own projects , and manage end-to-end delivery with support from senior leads.

A significant part of this role involves working with our strong US client base, which requires flexibility for odd late calls, international travel, and working effectively with US requirements.

  • Logistics & Delivery Ownership: Own venue sourcing, supplier liaison, and production coordination with fantastic attention to detail.
  • Onsite Execution: Create clear show flows, detailed briefing documents, and comprehensive run-of-show plans. Travel internationally to support onsite delivery as required.
  • Workflow: Work across multiple events simultaneously and maintain calm under pressure. Work closely with the Operations Director to maintain systems and workflows.

Who You Are

We are looking for a candidate who is ready to develop their career and benefit from significant exposure.

  • 3-5 years event and project coordination experience - Ideally from an event agency, but not essential.
  • Comfortable owning logistics and delivery with limited handholding.
  • Confident managing client relationships, timelines, and running client calls.
  • A confident communicator both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience and flexibility dealing with US clients and their requirements.
  • Able to travel internationally, including solo travel and time onsite with clients.
  • Collaborative, positive and adaptable with a hands-on mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment.
