About Huddle
Huddle creates world-class sporting experiences for young athletes. We partner with leading schools and brands to deliver international tournaments, training camps and festivals that inspire the next generation around the world.
We combine professional-grade operations with creativity and care, ensuring every Huddle event feels premium, seamless and unforgettable.
About the Role
We're looking for an Event & Logistics Manager to join our growing events team. You'll take ownership of specific sports within Huddle's portfolio, managing every operational element from initial planning through to on-the-ground delivery.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving and detail. You'll be responsible for all event logistics - including travel, accommodation, venues, transport, and supplier coordination - ensuring that each Huddle event runs smoothly, on budget, and to the highest standard.
You'll report into the Head of Events & Partnerships, work alongside fellow Events & Logistics Managers, and be supported by our Marketing & Events Executives and administrative team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan and deliver the operational logistics for assigned sports and events within Huddle's calendar.
- Manage travel, transfers, accommodation, venues, catering and other event infrastructure.
- Build detailed event itineraries, schedules and contingency plans.
- Oversee supplier relationships and ensure all contracts, bookings and payments are handled accurately and on time.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked, reconciled and reported clearly delivering events on time and in budget.
- Coordinate with partners, schools, and sponsors to deliver first-class experiences for all participants.
- Work closely with the Head of Events & Partnerships to align logistics with overall event and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Events Executives to ensure key assets, content and communications are delivered pre- and post-event.
- Support live event delivery on-site in the UK and internationally, acting as a central point of contact for teams and suppliers.
- Contribute to post-event reviews and process improvements across the wider team.
What You'll Bring
- At least 2 years' experience in event operations, logistics or travel management (sport, hospitality or youth events preferred).
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven experience managing budgets and supplier relationships including experience with project management systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Calm under pressure, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working internationally and managing complex travel arrangements.
- A passion for sport and belief in its power to inspire young people.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during event delivery periods.
Why Join Huddle
You'll join a small, ambitious team delivering high-impact events around the world. We move fast, collaborate closely and care deeply about what we do. This is a chance to take real ownership within a growing company, working on projects that make a difference to young athletes and their schools - whilst helping to define how world-class youth sport should be delivered.
