Our client, a leading City Law Firm, is currently looking for an experienced **Continuous Improvement Specialist** to join their Business Engagement Team.

The Continuous Improvement Specialist will be responsible for driving improvements and innovations in the way that legal services are delivered to clients. You will lead on and deliver key improvements projects and support programmes such as the Growth Initiative,through projects targeted at improving fee earner productivity.

**Key responsibilities as the Continuous Improvement Specialist will include**:

- Delivering improvement projects using the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology
- Taking the lead on working with specific clients to improve the way the company works with them
- Working with the Business Engagement Senior Manager to contribute to CI aspects of the BE business plan
- Being a champion of innovation to drive behavioural change an understanding around innovation
- Coaching others on the delivery of CI projects
- Undertaking data analysis (ideally to Black Belt level in Lean Six Sigma, using Excel and/or Minitab)

**What we’re looking for**:

- Demonstrable experience in a similar Continuous Improvement role, ideally in a legal or professional services environment
- A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is highly desirable
- Extensive experience in completing process improvement projects
- Ability to plan and facilitate process mapping workshops
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools, best practice and methodologies (i.e. PRINCE2)
- Experience working with project delivery frameworks such as Agile and Waterfall
- Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analysis skills and report writing capabilities
- Experience drafting and developing policies and standard operating procedures
