This role supports the operationalisation of a roadmap of continuous improvement initiatives within the Credit Vertical.You will be responsible for identifying, analysing and embedding change across all teams within the Credit Vertical and beyond by using a range of techniques and media in order to get the best outcome for our customers, colleagues and business.**You’ll deliver**
- Working with the wider Credit Vertical teams to ensure all streams of work are progressing to schedule where direct execution resides within the Credit Vertical and representing the Credit Vertical for initiatives which are led by central change.A variety of change, variety in size and complexity, ensuring that they are assessed and delivered according to the relevant change governance. You’ll make recommendations for changes and improvements, explaining the costs and benefits of your recommendations and then measure the results.Analysis activities including Process mapping, Customer Journey Mapping, Impact Assessments, Root Cause Analysis and present your findings in a format fit for your audience.A continuous improvement roadmap that includes appropriate initiative selection & prioritisation to meet strategic objectives.Accountability for ensuring Credit Vertical business requirements are collated, documented and well understood by all delivery partners across NewDay.Partnerships with NewDay Commercial, Product, IT and Business Transformation teams to ensure new platforms, products and services are seamlessly integrated into Credit functions, managing risks and issues, being able to articulate the impact of these on the business functions.**What you’ll bring**
