**Office Agent - Cargo Receptionist (4 on 4 off)**

**Location**: London Heathrow Airport - Cargo Terminal

**Pay Rate**: £12 per hour

**Contract**: Full-time / Permanent

**Shifts**: 4 on 4 off (2 Days and 2 Nights), 12-hour shifts

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide airline representatives and officials with a high standard of service.
- Input consignment information into ABS.
- Process export and import documentation precisely as per the company's procedure manual.
- Comply with customs regulations.
- Answer phone calls in a polite and confident manner.
- Handle bond checks and ABS reports daily.
- Perform any other tasks considered necessary and reasonable by the company.
- Be flexible to work varying hours when required.
- Collaborate effectively with the team or work independently.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
