**SENIOR CATEGORY EXECUTIVE - FULL-TIME, WASHINGTON**

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Digital department for a Senior Category Executive. Senior Category Executives own a specific category of products at END. and strategically merchandise associated inventory to help drive sales, maximising sell through and margin. This involves managing digital merchandising, content placements, and associated sales and promotions, whilst optimising product listing page ordering and algorithms. Senior Category Executives work cross-functionally with Buying, Merchandising, and channel managers to coordinate category promotions, and manage the curated edits to boost product exposure.

**What you'll be doing**:
Key responsibilities
- Developing and implementing Category plans aligned with existing inventory, inbound product and other commercial data points
- Effective merchandising of END. product and Launches according to schedule, embargos and any other relevant sales restrictions in effect
- Driving full-price sales and product sell through within a category by managing product listing algorithms and product/brand exposure plans, underpinned with commercial inventory data
- Monitoring and optimisation of search tool performance to assist in driving product discovery and sales
- Managing platform content placements to drive brand and product exposure according to commercial drivers
- Ensuring quality assurance of products within a category to drive an exceptional customer retail experience
- Create and execute promotional strategy for Category products, including the set up and maintenance of various promotions and campaigns including curated edit plans
- Data analysis and reporting - to analyse platform engagement data and inventory reports to drive day-to-day activity and generating Category performance reports to providing the business with relevant, timely and accurate data to drive decision making
- Plan and execute A/B tests relating to search and merchandising optimisation to drive sales, engagement and margin
- Management of category across all markets and locales

**What you'll be able to demonstrate**:
Skills and experience
- Experience in retail industry with E-Commerce and Merchandising preferable
- Previous online visual merchandising experience in a fashion environment with knowledge of the brands END. carries
- Commercial awareness with excellent product knowledge and passion for the fashion industry
- Strong Data Analysis and interpretation skills
- Collaborative mindset with ‘self-starter' attitude
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Algolia, Magento and Google Analytics beneficial but not essential
