Three Trails Behavioral Hospital will: Serve children and adolescents, adults and seniors with innovative and evidence-based inpatient behavioral healthcare focused on individual needs and comfort. Create more than 200 new, full-time jobs including nurses, clinicians, therapists, technicians and administrative staff, when the facility is fully operational. Be located at the intersection of I-70 and Little Blue Parkway, adjacent to the Children’s Mercy Hospital Outpatient Clinics. Feature 120 licensed beds ready to meet the mental health needs of the surrounding community. Span more than 88,000 square feet, and will include an activity yard and gym. The Executive Assistant provides executive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. Answer all in-coming calls for the Administration Department and sort/reviews all administrative departmental in-coming mail. Coordinates and provides routine correspondence as needed for the CEO. Maintains an ongoing calendar, schedules appointments, and makes travel arrangements for the CEO. Coordinates meeting and conference events, selection of dietary menus, and location arrangements. Organizes, establishes and maintains various files and records. Maintains control files of matters in progress and follow-up to ensure swift resolutions. Attends, records, composes, and executes committee meeting minutes and agendas when requested. Maintains department office supplies, check requests, purchase orders, and expense processing. Coordinates and submits various facility and corporate reports as requested. Supports facility in meeting regulatory standards, maintains confidentiality of information, and performs duties with utmost professionalism in accordance with Three Trails mission, values, and service excellence standards.
