The Brand Executive supports the Senior Brand Manager (SBM) on the development and in-market execution of the annual marketing plan to drive business growth consistent with the marketing cycle plan and global direction.

**Responsibilities**:
Universal Accountabilities
- Supports SBM in development and execution of annual marketing plans in line with global direction and marketing cycle plan that drives customer and shopper interest to meet agreed brand, sales, share and gross margin targets.
- Contributes and implements the communications plan across all mediums (trade and consumer), including reviewing effectiveness and making recommendations (PR, Advertising, HTMLs, social media)
- Delivery and evaluation of campaigns and promotions
- Assist’s the SBM in execution of programmes across the portfolio
Specific Accountabilities
- Supports with development of Trade Selling Story (brand and PL) using performance data, category dynamics and shopper insights that enable EHI and partners to benefit from profitable growth.
- Assist’s in the implementation, evaluation and analysis of key brand equity to maximize effectiveness and provide future improvement (performance metrics on marketing campaigns, etc)
- Contributes in the development and delivery of global trade events (EUHA, AAA, UNSAF)
- Assist in the develop of the marketing communications plan and strategies for the Rayovac brand. Covering but not exclusive to trade advertising and associated media schedule, external PR activity, the social content calendar and Rayovac website content and maintenance
- Development of POS for all premium brands with-in set brand guidelines. To include (but not exclusive to) brochures, POS, sell sheets, renders, content and all other digital assets
- Responsible for the set-up and process of new/change request for ‘Branded Products’ (including but not exclusive to) - E-GAP, GAP. MDG through to Proof HQ submission and tracking for timely completion for branded products. Then handing over to the marketing operations executive for implementation. Including project managing responsibility for new none-standard SKUs development and evaluation. Leading the opportunity evaluation and liaise with internal departments to assess the options/viability/costs etc
- Works cross functionally with commercial, supply chain and finance to ensure flawless and on time execution of marketing initiatives.
- Initiate/facilitate and manage all product sample and merchandise requests from internal and external partners
- Supports the team in budget management, reporting, PO creation and reconciliation
- Works with 3rd party agencies (Media/ Design/ Creative/ Consumer research agencies)
- May also perform additional duties
What we are looking for:
Skills and Experience
- Degree in Business, Marketing or similar discipline.
- Min. 1 years business experience - marketing, brand management or digital marketing experience
- Project management experience

- MS proficiency
