Training & Competence Supervisor - 2plan Wealth Management

**The opportunity**:
We are seeking a passionate and highly competent Training and Competence Supervisor to join the 2Plan wealth Management team.
As a valued member of the team, you will ensure we maintain our exceptional standard of quality and risk oversight for our Partner Firms, Advisers, and Practice Supervisors. Your insightful approach and collaborative mindset will be vital in fostering positive relationships across all our stakeholder groups.
This is a hybrid role with two days per week in our Leeds office with occasional field-based supervision.

- Bonus scheme - on target bonus -7.5%

**Key accountabilities**:
- Supervising Advisers throughout T&C activities, via coaching, meetings and evaluation of KPI’s
- Ensuring Adviser records are effectively maintained
- Leading and facilitating adviser induction courses
- Supervision of Trainee Advisers, including client contact and field
- based work
- Advisor support to include, financial planning, technical, product and T&C related queries
- Proactively identifying trends and opportunities continuous improvement
- Cultivating valuable relationships both internally and externally
**What will you need to succeed?**:
**Qualifications/ Experience**:
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning qualification, or working towards.
- Maintenance of your own competence as a Supervisor, including up-to-date CPD/SPS/SOS status where appropriate.
- Solid understanding of the FCA T&C Handbook and the broader regulatory environment.
- Proven track record in creating risk and quality remediation plans achieving good client outcomes.
- Experience working effectively with sales and business development teams or evidence of the requisite competencies to do so.
