**The opportunity**:

To deliver administrative facilities support to 2plan wealth management Ltd advisers, team members and colleagues.

The role holder is required to have a good knowledge of internal processes and systems to ensure a high level of service can be delivered. The role will involve a variety of administrative tasks for which the role holder should be flexible and adaptable

This role is based five days a week in our Leeds office.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Manage the internal facilities for Bridgewater Place, including visitors and equipment for the head office
- Have a good understanding of all systems and processes within their remit as well as a basic understanding of other 2plan departments processes.
- Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and general administrative duties
- Uphold standards of document control and recording of data where appropriate
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks required by the administration department or other 2plan departments
- Effectively deal with queries from both 2plan advisers and clients when required
- Have a good understanding of AML and Data Protection
- Promotion of teamwork with the Administration team
- Providing cover for managing incoming post
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Ensure the office areas, meeting rooms and kitchen area look their best and reflect the corporate image we are looking to always maintain
- Perform the role of Fire Marshall
- DSE Approved Assessor, to carry out all DSE Assessments for colleagues and address where necessary

**What will you need to succeed?**:
**Qualifications /Experience**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with individuals of all levels
- Shows initiative and can work unsupervised at times
- Excellent telephone skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- IOSH and DSE Assessor desirable

**Knowledge**
Knowledge of the following areas is essential:

- Data Protection
- Anti-Money Laundering
