**The opportunity**:
We are seeking a skilled Business Assessor to join our team at 2plan Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the suitability of financial advice provided by our advisers across multiple product lines, including Investments, Pensions, Protection, Mortgages, and General Insurance. Your work will ensure that advice given to clients is accurate, compliant, and achieves the best outcomes for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess new business submissions according to 2plan Business Standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to individual advisers to improve their performance.
- Identify trends, suggest improvements, and contribute to the overall enhancement of advice quality.
- Conduct pre-sale checks on high-risk areas such as Asset Review, Paraplanning, and Pension Transfers.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the Business Assessment Team.
**What will you need to succeed?**:
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 2 years' experience within a financial services organisation.
- Willing to study towards financial services qualifications, supported by the company
Required Knowledge:
- An understanding of COBS, ICOBS, and MCOBS product and sales processes beneficial
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge in financial planning.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Calm under pressure with sound judgement.
- A desire for continuous learning and personal development.
