**The opportunity**:
The IT Support Coordinator is responsible for dealing with 1st and 2nd line support for all parties within the 2plan Group.

**The benefits**:

- Salary - £27,000
- Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 7.5%

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Provide 1st and 2nd line support 2plan staff and advisers.
- Ensuring operational IT equipment is configured and functions correctly.
- Managing digital assets and ensuring backups are implemented for advisers.
- Management of support ticket work queues
- Managing issues/risks and escalating as appropriate
- Working with 3rd party software vendors to aid support issue resolution.

**What will you need to succeed?**:
***Experience;**
- Experience of 1st line technical support/helpdesk
- Knowledge of IT hardware and software configurations

**Knowledge**:
A good understanding of IT Infrastructure and IT Operations

To have a good understanding of 2plan group, aims, objectives and goals. Maintaining awareness of industry trends / new technologies

Technical skill set will include:
Essential:

- Microsoft Windows Family
- Microsoft Active Directory
- System Monitoring tools
- Office 365 Suite of products / services
- Asigra Backup software
- Desirable:

- Microsoft SQL Administration
- Microsoft Azure
- Batch processes
