**Description**:
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an HR and Admin Support Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the management team in our office and have the chance to work directly with our young people (YP) on the floor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide HR and business support for the managers
- Liaise with Head Office on various administrative matters
- Conduct weekly task meetings with the management team
- Audit paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Participate in the full recruitment process, from advertising to onboarding
- Serve as a Support Worker when required
- Assist with payroll at the end of each month

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be flexible and adaptable
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

**Working Hours**:

- Main working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, four days a week
- Flexibility to adjust hours as needed to meet business requirement

Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
